A/N: I can't even begin to tell you the trouble this story give me. Some time last year I decided to try my hand at writing a Max/Alec story, having no idea what I was in for. It was written in random spurts of inspiration and a year after starting it, I've finally finished. I hope those who read it enjoy it.
