HI hope this is allowed. I'm looking for a fic (a series of one-shots if I'm not mistaken) and I don't remember a lot, I do remember that there was some type of transgenic council that dealt with the different groups? clans? of  xs and one femmale had trick Alec into being her mate. I also remember that Cece was there and if I'm not mistaken she was on Alec's side or something.

I'm also looking for any fic in where Max has a problem understanding or doesn't like the dynamics between the Xs.
