In a world (Manticore's Super Soldiers program or the whole world, author's choice) where only females are Omegas, it's something he's never advertised. He is ashamed of the fact that he's flawed, but hides it well. I tried to hit the main aspect omega!Alec/Alpha!Zack & knotting (& I just realized that I ignored (glazed over) the only females are omegas- oh well hope it’s close enough to what you wanted.)
