Summary: Terminal City is barely holding it's own, now that they find themselves a protectorate of the United States. Balancing the demands and expectations of the Government and the needs of the transgenics has proven too hard for a single leader government, and Terminal City has begun with a hither-to unheard of way to run itself--duel elected leaders.
But all is not well within TC.
Phoenix Unit has returned from their various assignments.
Delta Unit--collectively known as the 'Niners' have also made their way to TC.
And to top it all off, somebody got some WAY bad information and decided Max is the next Messiah, or quite possibly God.
...Yeah, it's one of those days.
