I wouldn't mind helping with some of this stuff if you let me know what you need since I've never assisted in fests in this manner. For banners - let me know what the sizes are and what else would be needed. I saw on the NCIS Bingo one that coding ofr various pages was included (for FAQs and things) so I would just need some guidance on it. I know basic html but am not great at it since I tend to use CMS for most web stuff I work on.
