ANYWAY. Yay, it's here! To kick us off, I thought I'd share a few of the vids I found recently when I got stuck in one of those time-devouring traps of link-clicking doom on YouTube. It's so ridiculous how much I love fanvids. Most of these are old but new to meee, so maybe they'll be new to some of you, too.

Reccer's Comments: Ahhhh, this video! I was so caught up in the story-telling that, when it ended, I felt like someone took my favorite new toy away while I was still playing with it. >:O The editing is fantastic, and the overall look is so pretty. I need all the fics where the Winchesters hunt Max (or any transgenic) now. WHERE ARE THEY?
(FYI: I recommend just watching all of vytakafly's videos. I have been sucked in and don't plan on coming back out anytime soon.)

Summary/Description: A look at one of DA fandom's favorite love triangles set to music by Panic At The Disco.
Reccer's Comments: This one is just fun. Fun and hot. The editing/music combo had me bouncing around in my chair.

Length: 1 min. 35 sec.
Summary/Description: I watched this scene on supernatural between Dean and his demon self and it reminded me of Ben and Alec arguing, so I decided to make a trailer with them. This trailer shows the return of Ben and how he begins to terrorise his brother Alec, he begins to kill and ends up capturing Alec revealing himself to him fully. Afterwards he starts to tell him the truth of how they are alike and Alec is nothing but a solder......Will Alec given to the dark side or will one of them have to die.
Reccer's Comments: Even though this is pretty much all Supernatural clips, the concept is OHMYGODYES. It's no secret I adore Alec & Ben interacting in any way, shape or form, and this one is just. My ultimate dream. SOMEDAY. Oh, someday I will write that fic! Until then, there is this video.

Date: 2012-12-15 02:26 pm (UTC)I know exactly what you meant with the first one; it does feel like it gets taken away when all you want is MOAR!! It is really good and someone needs to write an epic fic for this NOW.
The Panic at the Disco one is really good! It's hot, the editing is insanely fabulous and it really tells a story I wish we had gotten to see on the show. There wasn't enough time for that, what with it being cancelled after only 2 seasons, but I would have loved to see more of the Logan/Max/Alec triangle.
And the last one has a very special place in my heart, simply because the shots used are from my favorite scene from SPN ever. The vidder really made it into something new, despite the limitations on available cintent <3
